The Four Seasons Self Catering Accommodation near Hythe

Just a few minutes drive from Four Seasons, Stonymoor Close in Holbury offers self service accommodation for our guests that wish to stay longer with more independence. The property is available for weekly, self catering lets or extended stays.

The house is serviced every Monday. Clean bed linen & towels are also provided weekly.

Facilities.

Off road parking for 2 vehicles.
The house has 3 main bedrooms and shower room on the 1st floor. 2 rooms have double beds and the 3rd is a large twin bedded room.
There is a further bedroom/day room on the ground floor which has it's own en-suite.
The ground floor has an airy lounge and through dining room that will seat 6 persons. Colour TV.
The dining area opens onto the patio and a garden area with a rotary drying line.
The garden is a small, quiet and secluded area in which to relax, with garden table and seating.
In addition, there is a secure shed for bike storage and there is side access from the front of the house.
The kitchen is well equipped with a gas cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine.
Cutlery, crockery, glassware, saucepans, trays etc. are also provided.
Iron, Ironing board, Vacuum cleaner are also included.

For the comfort and safety of our guests we have a no smoking policy through out the house,
A smoking area is permitted in the garden

Location

Stonymoor Close is provided with a very good bus service of Blue Star No 9. Southampton - Fawley - Calshot. This bus has a weekend late night service until 03.30am.

The New Forest National Park is just 1 mile.
Beaulieu, the National Motor Museum and Exbury Gardens are 3 miles.
Fawley, Calshot & Lepe are just a few minutes drive.
Hythe has an excellent Ferry Service to Southampton and a wonderful pier with an historic narrow gauge Victorian train that takes you to the Ferry.
You can also walk the pier in a few minutes and read the notices of the events that have occurred over the previous 100 years.
Arriving at Southampton there is a free bus shuttle service to take you to the West Quay Shopping Centre.

Tariff

The price includes utility bills and council tax.
Minimum stay 7 nights duration.

Rates from £18 +VAT per person per night.
Single occupancy of double or twin rooms from £20 +VAT per person per night
En-suite room; single occupancy from £21 +VAT per night or double occupancy is from £18 +VAT per person
